Five Stones is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses run five areas of their operations: marketing, HR, finance, compliance, and operations. The Service produces work product such as research, content, campaigns, documents, projections, and automations based on the information you provide, with human oversight as described on our site.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in using Google; your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms, and our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a flat monthly subscription with transparent pricing as shown on our site. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice, effective at your next renewal.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide to the Service ("Your Content") and of the deliverables the Service produces for you. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide and for how you use the deliverables.
5. Important Disclaimers About AI Output
The Service uses artificial intelligence, and AI can make mistakes. Deliverables such as financial analysis, valuations, compliance projections, lease reviews, and permitting documents are informational tools, not professional advice. Five Stones is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisor, insurance advisor, or licensed broker, and use of the Service does not create any professional-client relationship. You should review AI output before relying on it and consult a licensed professional for legal, tax, financial, or compliance decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach its security, reverse engineering it, reselling it without our written agreement, using it to send spam or unlawful communications, uploading malicious code, infringing others' rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Stones will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Five Stones against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
