Five Stones ("Five Stones," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website fivestonesai.com and the Five Stones platform, an AI-powered service that helps businesses run marketing, HR, finance, compliance, and operations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It also describes how we handle information we receive from Google when you connect a Google account.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you create an account, contact us, or use the platform, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company information, billing information, and the business content you ask the platform to work with (for example marketing materials, job postings, financial documents, leases, or permits).
Information collected automatically. We collect standard log and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken in the platform. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the service is used.
Information from Google. If you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google services, we receive information from Google as described in Section 2.
2. Google User Data
Five Stones uses Google OAuth to let you sign in and, if you choose, to connect Google services to your account. We only request the scopes we need for features you actively enable.
What we access. When you sign in with Google we receive your basic profile information: your name, email address, and profile picture. If you connect additional Google services (for example Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Business Profile), we access only the data needed to provide the specific feature you enabled, and only after you grant that permission on the Google consent screen.
How we use it. We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request, such as creating your account, signing you in, sending or scheduling items you ask the platform to handle, and displaying your information back to you inside the platform.
What we do not do. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the features you enabled, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. Humans at Five Stones do not read your Google user data except with your explicit permission (for example a support request), where necessary for security purposes, or where required by law.
Limited Use disclosure. Five Stones' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You can revoke Five Stones' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings. You can also ask us to delete stored Google user data as described in Section 7.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the platform, personalize the work it produces for your business, process payments, respond to support requests, improve the service, protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Our AI systems process the business content you provide in order to produce the deliverables you request, with human oversight as described on our site.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations and only for the services they perform for us;
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service;
- A successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Data Security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. Sensitive credentials such as Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We retain Google user data only as long as needed for the features you use. When you delete your account, or when you revoke Google access, we delete the associated data within 30 days except where the law requires longer retention.
7. Your Rights and Choices

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU, UK, or California), we honor requests consistent with the law that applies to you, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA).
8. Children's Privacy
Five Stones is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the platform.
